Light Over the Severn Bridge is an original oil painting inspired by the changing light and atmosphere along the River Severn.
The bridge stands as a familiar landmark on the horizon, softened by mist, reflection and distance. Rather than capturing precise detail, this painting focuses on the feeling of the moment — the calm that settles as light drifts across the water and the landscape becomes quiet and reflective.

This piece forms part of my Wye Valley Collection, a series of original landscapes inspired by local landmarks and interpreted through atmosphere rather than realism.
