Win a Portrait of Your Pet

Win an original painting of your pet by Wendy Laverick

Wendy has painted animals since she was a child. One winner will have their own pet painted by her, as an original A4 artwork, in time for Christmas.

Entering is free and takes a minute.

The competition closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 23 November 2026.

Any photo straight from your phone is fine. A clear, well-lit photo of their face works best.

Terms and conditions

1. The promoter is Wendy Laverick Ltd, 107 Woodvale, Quedgeley, Gloucester GL2 2BU.

2. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. No purchase is necessary.

3. To enter, complete the form on this page, including a photo of your pet, before 11.59pm on Sunday 23 November 2026. Entries received after this time will not count. One entry per person.

4. Entrants must follow @behindwendysart on Instagram or @behind.wendys.art on TikTok. We will check this when the winner is drawn. If the winner does not follow either account, a new winner will be drawn.

5. The prize is one original A4 painting of the winner's pet by Wendy Laverick, painted from the photo supplied. The prize is unframed. There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be transferred.

6. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries within three days of the closing date and contacted by email. If the winner does not reply within seven days, a new winner will be chosen.

7. We aim to deliver the painting to a UK address before Christmas 2026, but cannot guarantee this if the winner replies late or a suitable photo is not supplied.

8. By entering, you confirm the photo is yours or that you have permission to use it, and you agree that Wendy may show your pet's photo, with your pet's name, on her website and social media. The winner's first name and the finished painting may also be shared publicly.

9. Your details are used to run the competition and contact the winner. You will only receive marketing emails if you tick that box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
